| Sheep are bred for meat, wool, and for pets. Wool quality is measured in how long the wool is, how tight the crimp is, and how much vegetable matter is in the wool. Meat is considered good if it is of large quantity and good quality. The meat is better depending on what part of the body it's from. Suffolk sheep are used for meat and Corriedale are used for wool. |
